This 23 year old woman who wore a 32A bra size underwent breast augmentation using 286cc (right breast) and 265cc (left breast) smooth round silicone implants. The implants were placed via inframammary incisions (scars hidden under the breast fold), beneath the pectoralis muscle for better implant coverage and a more natural appearance.
